Online Fitcamp #1 - START UP

START UP (5 weeks)

It’s time to Start back UP with the first camp in our series.  It’s time to start practicing self-care; to  start adopting healthy fitness and nutrition habits.  It’s time to start feeling and looking your best. The training focus of Start UP is forging a strong foundation from which to build your healthiest physique yet.  With a base of strength and endurance you will experience increased energy, caloric burn and improved body composition.  

All of the workouts are adaptable with modifications to both increase and decrease intensity as you learn what it means to train within your individual zone.  Commit to the program and you’ll be surprised at what your body will be able to accomplish by end of camp. 

Nutrition habits will be discussed. You’ll learn about how nutrition can maximize your training efforts, burn fat and build lean muscle.  

I want to help you discover a new confidence that comes from learning to move your body in functional and athletic patterns that will make yourself proud.  It all starts with the decision to try, so let’s START UP!

Registration for this program is open for a fresh start at any time. Even though the live launch of this program was in the fall of 2020, you will be welcomed to join our UPtraining Locker Room and get ongoing support from not only your coach, but from participants who have ‘been there’.
